Build a clean, ATS-friendly resume in your browser

The Resume Builder on SavyTools turns a simple form into a clean, single-column resume you can print or save as a PDF. It uses plain headings and simple formatting, which is easy for people and applicant tracking systems to read. There is no AI writing here: you write your own experience in your own words, and the tool only formats it.

How to use it

Enter your name, job title and contact details, add a short summary, then list your experience one job per line, your skills separated by commas, and your education. Choose Classic, Modern or Minimal, press Generate preview, check the result, then press Print / Save as PDF and choose Save as PDF in your browser print dialog.

Tips

Keep your summary to two or three sentences, start experience lines with strong verbs, and match the skills you list to the job you want. Check spelling carefully, and keep the resume to one or two pages. Use the example button to see the layout before you type your own details.
