Preset ratios make it easy to prepare images for social media, including a square 1:1, wide 16:9, Instagram portrait 4:5, and vertical 9:16 for Instagram Stories and TikTok.
How to use it
Choose an image, then drag on it to draw a crop box. Or press a preset ratio to set the crop to that shape, choose JPG, PNG or WebP, and press Crop and download. The cropped image is created from the original image at full resolution, not from the small preview.
Tips
For Instagram posts, use 1:1 or 4:5. For Stories, Reels and TikTok, use 9:16. Use JPG for photos to keep file sizes smaller, PNG when you need sharp graphics or transparency, and WebP for a modern, compact format where it is supported.
