The Countdown Timer + Stopwatch on SavyTools does both jobs on one page. Set a countdown in minutes and seconds, or use the stopwatch with laps for timing a run, a workout or a task. An alarm sound plays when the countdown reaches zero, and everything runs in your browser.

How to use it

For the countdown, enter minutes and seconds, then press Start countdown. Pause stops it without losing the remaining time, and Reset returns to your entered time. For the stopwatch, press Start, press Lap to record split times, press Pause to stop, and Reset to clear laps and start again.

Tips

Keep this tab open while a timer runs, because a closed or sleeping tab can pause it. Turn your sound on before starting a countdown you need to hear. For short tasks, try a 25-minute countdown as a focus session, then take a short break.

Does the alarm make a sound? Yes. When the countdown reaches zero, it plays three beeps using your browser's audio, with no sound file to download.
