Rotate, delete and reorder PDF pages in one place

The PDF Page Manager on SavyTools combines three common PDF jobs in a single free tool: rotate a page by 90 degrees, delete pages you do not need, and move pages up or down to change their order. It runs entirely in your browser with pdf-lib, so your file is not uploaded to a server, and it does not use OCR.

How to use it

Choose a PDF to see its pages listed in order. For each page, press Rotate 90 degrees as many times as needed, Move up or Move down to reorder it, or Delete to remove it. Press Reset changes to start again from the original, or Download managed PDF to save a new file with your changes. The original file is not changed.

Tips

Check the page order before downloading, especially after several moves. If you delete every page, the tool will ask you to reset or choose another PDF. Encrypted or damaged PDFs may not open; try an unencrypted copy.
